Karl Smith is an entrepreneur and inventor with commercial, scientific and design credentials. He manages all business administration and market development aspects of Paradigm Interactions.
Karl Smith has considerable experience in digital architecture and is directly involved in client liaison for strategic internet, software and intranet developments. Working with stakeholders, capturing requirements, defining road maps, creating new concepts (blue sky work), reviewing and interpreting analytics, user and interaction definitions, personas and tasks, application design, authoring functional specifications and managing internal or vendor developers through Agile project management methodologies.

Rachel O'Connor has twelve years experience working in IT and internet-related roles both agency and client-side. During this time she has worked in a variety of capacities - Usability Consultant, UI Developer, Business Analyst, Change Management, Project Management and User Interface Development Manager.
Having completed an MSc in HCI-E, she is interested in projects that combine her existing psychology, usability and accessibility knowledge with her experience of the development lifecycle gained during her 12 years involved in online media projects.

Thom Heslop is involved in the creation of new digital concepts and systems in both the commercial and the academic world. He is involved in social, cultural and music based lecturing and research. He has considerable knowledge in the arena of pervasive computing and in defining key-line protocols for information acquisition in enterprise and data driven environments.
