Karl Smith is an entrepreneur with commercial, scientific and design credentials. He originally graduated with a degree in three dimensional design and has migrated his skills, through product design and architectural consultancy services into computer system design. He also has a masters degree in Interactive Technologies for E-Commerce and has been published both academically and in the usability press. He manages all business administration aspects of Paradigm Interactions and is involved in developing the B2B and direct client base through his business networking experiences.

Karl Smith has considerable experience in digital architecture and is directly involved in client liaison for strategic internet, software and intranet developments. Working with stakeholders, capturing requirements, defining road maps, creating new concepts (blue sky work), reviewing and interpreting analytics, user and interaction definitions, personas and tasks, application design, authoring functional specifications and managing internal or vendor developers through Agile project management methodologies.
